- Your name and email address when you create an account
- Business information you enter into tool forms including brand details, offer descriptions, and audience information
- Documents you upload to your profiles
- Usage data including which tools you use and how often
- Payment information processed securely by LemonSqueezy (we do not store your card details)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your toolkit account
- Generate personalised AI strategy outputs
- Send you account emails including login details, password resets, and usage updates
- Improve the toolkit based on usage patterns
- Contact you about your subscription
3. Data Storage
Your account data and profile information is stored securely on our servers. Generated strategy outputs are saved for 30 days and then permanently deleted. Uploaded documents are stored as part of your profile and deleted when you delete the profile.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data only with:
- LemonSqueezy for payment processing
- Anthropic whose AI powers the strategy generation (your inputs are processed to generate outputs but not used to train their models under our agreement)
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your data before deleting your account

6. Cookies
The toolkit uses minimal cookies only for session management to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data including encrypted connections and secure password storage. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The BuiltbyFatima Strategy Toolkit is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of significant changes via email to info@kohesia.com
