The BuiltbyFatima Strategy Toolkit is an AI-powered strategy platform that provides business audit tools, funnel planning, email sequence generation, offer clarity, automation recommendations, and content strategy for entrepreneurs, coaches, and freelancers.

3. Subscription and Payment

Access to the toolkit requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. Payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy. 4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the toolkit only for lawful purposes. You agree not to share your account credentials with others. Each subscription is for one user only unless you are on a Pro plan with client profile access. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce the frameworks, prompts, or methodologies used in this toolkit. You agree not to use the outputs of this toolkit to train AI models or create competing products.

5. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, methodologies, prompt structures, and strategic approaches used in the BuiltbyFatima Strategy Toolkit are the intellectual property of Kohesia and BuiltbyFatima. The outputs generated for you are yours to use for your business. The underlying frameworks and systems remain our property.

6. AI-Generated Content

The toolkit uses artificial intelligence to generate strategy recommendations. While we have built these tools with care and expertise the outputs are for guidance purposes only. We recommend reviewing all AI-generated content before implementation. We are not responsible for business outcomes resulting from following the generated recommendations.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@kohesia.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

The BuiltbyFatima Strategy Toolkit is provided as is. We make no guarantees about specific business results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription month.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of significant changes via email. Continued use of the toolkit after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
